What forms of payment do you accept? 

Currently Frontier Hockey Shop accepts Paypal, major credit cards via 2Checkout. Also you can choose wire transfer and invoice.

Can I change or cancel my order after it's been placed?

All orders that have not been processed can be changed or cancelled by emailing info@frontierhockey.com. We can´t change or cancel an order that has already been shipped. 

Can I return or exchange purchased items?

Items can be returned or exchanged. Please note that all returns and exchanges must be done within 14 days of receiving your order. Please e-mail to info@frontierhockey.com for details.

 I received the wrong item, what should I do?

If you receive an incorrect item with your order, please email us at info@frontierhockey.com at your earliest convenience. In most cases we will simply exchange the item for you at no additional cost.

How long before I see my order?

Delivery times depend on processing and handling times, as well as destination location. All orders will be processed in 1-3 business days and shipped out via selected carrier (either Eesti Post, DPD, UPS, ITELLA, Schenker, DSV, etc).  Once the order is shipped, Frontier Hockey will send you confirmation with tracking number (if provided by carrier). Delivery times may vary from up to 1 week to 2-3 weeks.
